Destiny received her Master of Science in Nursing, FNP degree in 2019 from one the nation’s leading nursing schools, The University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston. She completed her FNP clinical training in Family Practice, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics.
During her graduate studies, she was invited to join Sigma Theta Tau, Nursing Honor Society for her academic achievements and graduated from UTHealth with Highest Distinction.
Her efforts to achieve and maintain leading healthcare excellence involve her active memberships with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), and American Nurses Association (ANA).
Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Destiny worked as a BSN, RN for many years; gaining experience in medical/surgical/telemetry, children’s oncology, fertility, and school health.
She is honored to join and practice with the Main Street Medical team.

Melissa Sanchez is a physician assistant, local to East Texas, who is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate health care services to her community. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and then graduated with Honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling around Texas, listening to local Texas bands.

Julie Turner has worked as a medical assistant for the past two years. Working with children is one of her passions and she works in her church’s nursery as often as she can. She enjoys patient interaction and her friendly attitude is welcoming to everyone. Julie is happily married and looks forward to regular weekend road trips with her husband.

COO, Saira provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that The Main Street MedicalClinic and Management has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. She also provides oversight and direction for the planning, development, and execution of programs and services designed to provide clinical excellence and exceptional service experiences that create value for the patients/families, referral sources, payers and communities served by Our organizations.

Sara Beth Ellisor is a Family Nurse Practitioner who previously studied at Texas A&M University and The University of Texas at Arlington during her 12 year career as a registered nurse. She lives in the Huntsville area and counts hunting, archery, running and spending time with her family and many animals along her myriad of interests. She enjoys the opportunity to meet new patients and provide them with personalized and comprehensive care.

Tracy Palmer is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Clinic. She previously obtained a Business Management Degree and then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. During her 7-year career as a registered nurse, she worked at Methodist in the ICU as a level 1 surgical/trauma nurse in Dallas, Tx. Tracy returned to school once more and completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. Then, she began working with Dr. Jafri, seeing patients in skilled nursing facilities in the Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe areas.
Tracy believes it is vital to stay knowledgeable of current best care practices. She stays current by being an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, frequently reading articles from medical journals, and references health information technology on a regular basis.
Originally, Tracy is from Arlington, Tx, but now resides in The Woodlands with her two yorkies. Prior to nursing she coached gymnastics, studied martial arts, and looked forward to practicing ballet. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to Texas country music, and spending time with family and friends.


Diplomat, American Board of Internal Medicine
Dr. Jafri received his MBBS/MD degree in 1997 from the prestigious Aga Khan University Medical School in Karachi, Pakistan. He then completed his residency training in Internal Medicine from the University of Texas, Houston in 2002.
He went on to obtain a Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine in 2011. He was also elected as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in 2013 where he has been an active member.
Dr. Jafri practiced in Beaumont, TX for four years before relocating to The Woodlands, TX in 2007. He started his own private practice in 2007 and has been serving the communities of The Woodlands, Conroe, and Spring, TX ever since.
He is Board Certified in Internal medicine and & Hospice Palliative Care.
He lives in The Woodlands with his wife and two wonderful children. Dr. Jafri loves to travel and see the world.


Medical Assistant
Ashlee Garling has worked as a medical assistant for the past 10 years within various specialties. She has held several positions within Main Street Medical Clinic, but currently enjoys working in the back office with direct patient contact. She has two beautiful children, with whom she spends most of her free time. She is an avid trail rider with several groups and likes spending time outdoors.

Brandi Stull is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Clinic. She originally attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2002. Brandi then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2007. While working in a level 1 surgical/trauma intensive care unit, she completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. Brandi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Texas. She began working with Dr. Jafri in 2018 seeing patients in skilled nursing facilities in the Spring, Woodlands, and Conroe areas.
Brandi is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Golden Key International Honour Society.
Brandi and her husband Sam reside in Spring, TX. She is an avid college football fan, Go Frogs, enjoys weekend getaways home to Fort Worth to see family and friends with their two Maltese Brody and Lola, and traveling to anywhere.
