ABBAS JAFRI, MD, FACP
Abbas Jafri, MD, FACP, is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care with office locations in Spring and Huntsville, Texas. As the managing partner and founder of Main Street Medical Clinic for over 15 years, Dr. Jafri leads a skilled team of adult primary care specialists to help patients with all of their health and wellness needs.
Dr. Jafri graduated from the prestigious Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan, with his doctorate in medicine in 1997. He then completed his advanced training in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2002. Upon completion, he went on to receive his fellowship training in hospice and palliative medicine in 2011.
As a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Jafri is committed to only delivering the highest quality care for your health and well-being. He started his private practice in 2007 and has been practicing medicine in Texas for over 20 years.
At Main Street Medical Clinic, Dr. Jafri continues to dedicate himself to helping local patients in The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and Huntsville, Texas areas. He currently lives in The Woodlands with his wife and their two wonderful children.
With fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, Dr. Jafri is always willing to help patients with their health needs through their preferred communication. He is also a world traveler and loves to interact with patients of all backgrounds.

Diplomat, American Board of Internal Medicine
Dr. Ali Raza completed his Internal Medicine Residency from Hahnemann University Hospital/ Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 2014.
He has practiced for over 7 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings and recently has moved to the Spring area from the state of New Jersey.
He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and prides himself on taking a tailored approach to each patient. He believes a primary care physician should take a holistic patient-centered approach in the treatment of both acute and chronic medical conditions for each and every patient. With a special emphasis on Preventative Care and Men’s Health, Dr. Raza looks forward to serving the Spring, TX area community.

Physician
Dr. Abdullah completed his fellowship in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale University School Of Medicine. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine He has been practicing the Conroe, Spring, Huntsville areas for the last 20 years. In his free time, Dr. Abdullah enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Lauren received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 from one of the nation’s top nursing schools, The University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston. She previously received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and has more than 13 years of experience as a registered nurse working in a medical/surgical/telemetry inpatient unit.
As a Board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, her clinical focus includes adolescents, adults, and the aging population. She completed her adult-gerontology clinical training in infectious disease, travel medicine, and primary care with a focus in chronic conditions and geriatrics.
As native Texans, her and her husband are big football fans and never miss a game, go Texans and Longhorns! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking her rescue dogs, and spending time outdoors.

Syed works with families to provide information on dementia and memory care living options such as assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. Syed is committed to working closely with families to provide the right information for their unique situation and the next steps for finding and providing the best care for their loved ones.
His mission is to provide each client with unbiased professional advice recognizing their unique situation and upholding the highest ethical standards. Providing ‘peace of mind’ to families when it comes to dementia care helps families avoid getting mis-informed and misdirected.
Syed has lived in Greater Houston area since 2001. Syed graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Business and later completed a master’s degree in Business at
Prairie View Texas A&M University. He currently lives in Cypress with his wife and three lovely children.

MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Tracy Palmer is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Clinic. She previously obtained a Business Management Degree and then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. During her 7-year career as a registered nurse, she worked at Methodist in the ICU as a level 1 surgical/trauma nurse in Dallas, Tx. Tracy returned to school once more and completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. Then, she began working with Dr. Jafri, seeing patients in skilled nursing facilities in the Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe areas.
Tracy believes it is vital to stay knowledgeable of current best care practices. She stays current by being an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, frequently reading articles from medical journals, and references health information technology on a regular basis.
Originally, Tracy is from Arlington, Tx, but now resides in The Woodlands with her two yorkies. Prior to nursing she coached gymnastics, studied martial arts, and looked forward to practicing ballet. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to Texas country music, and spending time with family and friends.

MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Brandi Stull is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Clinic. She originally attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2002. Brandi then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2007. While working in a level 1 surgical/trauma intensive care unit, she completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. Brandi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Texas. She began working with Dr. Jafri in 2018 seeing patients in skilled nursing facilities in the Spring, Woodlands, and Conroe areas.
Brandi is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Golden Key International Honour Society.
Brandi and her husband Sam reside in Spring, TX. She is an avid college football fan, Go Frogs, enjoys weekend getaways home to Fort Worth to see family and friends with their two Maltese Brody and Lola, and traveling to anywhere.

Dusty Best is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Main Street Medical Clinic. Born on Galveston Island and raised in the foothills of Appalachia, in Southern Ohio. Dusty received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2015. She then began the work of building a strong nursing foundation with many years of practice in critical care, cardiac stepdown, home health, and case management. She achieved these accomplishments while raising a family and farming in the valley of Wayne National Forest.
In 2019, Dusty began her journey to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner by attending the University of Texas Medical Branch. She graduated in 2022 and quickly began practicing with Dr. Abbas Jafri.
Dusty feels it is critical to provide patient-driven care while ensuring she is up to date on evidence-based practices throughout the vast medical field. She finds joy in reading medical journals, researching databases such as Up-To-Date, and collaborating with her peers. In her free time, Dusty is a wife and mother of 5 children. She enjoys giving back to her community through the Catholic Church, traveling, and educating her family on what today’s world has to offer its youth.

COO, Saira provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that The Main Street MedicalClinic and Management has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. She also provides oversight and direction for the planning, development, and execution of programs and services designed to provide clinical excellence and exceptional service experiences that create value for the patients/families, referral sources, payers and communities served by Our organizations.

Ultrasound Technician
Ivey graduated from Baptist Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Beaumont, Texas, in 2015. She then went on to attend ultrasound school at Lamar Institute of Technology in Beaumont, Texas and graduated in 2017. She has a total of five years of experience in medical imaging and is trained in various types of ultrasound exams. “I take great pride in my work. I am very proud to be an Ultrasound Technologist and I really do love what I get to do. My goal is to obtain diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care.”
